Waste Bag Collection

We want to make it easy for you to dispose of your garden, household or construction waste in an environmentally friendly way, so we offer a waste collection service. Either fill up your empty Gardenscape bags, or request some from us, and we’ll come and take them away for you. It couldn’t be simpler.

Each bag can contain a maximum of 1 tonne of waste, but please don’t dispose of tyres, batteries, oil, pesticides, clinical waste, fridges, freezers, gas bottles, mattresses and anything else that requires special disposal measures.

When it comes to waste disposal, please note the following:

• The crane used to collect the bag won’t be able to reach more than three metres from the side of the lorry.
• We’re able to lift bags over low hedges and fences but not over parked cars.
• Please leave your bag somewhere clear of walls, overhead wires, fences etc allowing a straightforward lift by the crane.
• Our driver will do their best to collect your bag, but if we’re unable to do so because we can’t access it, then unfortunately we will still need to charge.
